Key Responsibilities:

  • Working as part of the Internal Audit team to deliver the annual audit plan to time and to quality standards.

  • Engaging with key business stakeholders during audits and providing them with regular progress updates.
  • Working with action owners and other relevant stakeholders to track the completion of all agreed actions, escalating any overdue actions as appropriate.
  • Supporting the development of the annual plan by proposing relevant audits for inclusion.
  • Actively developing strong relationships with a range of business contacts to gain knowledge and insight into the risks affecting the business.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of the Internal Audit function.

Skills & Experience:

  • An agile and robust mindset, able to work effectively in a world with rapidly changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Possess a professional qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA, MBA, CMIIA or equivalent) or be a qualified internal auditor (CIA).
  • Technical knowledge of professional internal audit practices, governance, risk management and internal controls, with some relevant audit experience.
  • Internal Audit experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrable ability to summarise and explain technical issues and solutions for a non-technical audience.

This is a a genuinely fantastic opportunity to join a high-tech business with ambitions for further growth globally.

You will be based in their Central London office 2-3 x per week and required to travel to 25% of the time.
