Senior Operational Risk and controls manager - FTSE250 manufacturing 

Yorkshire and Midlands based 

Up to £85,000 plus car and benefits 

Are you experienced in operational controls and audit across a manufacturing (or relevant) sector?

This FTSE250 are developing and increasing strength in their governance offering to the business. As such, this is a brand new role, seeing you leading on implementing, redesigning, and embedding operational controls and risk across the business.

The role will see you exposed to corporate senior management, as well as manufacturing site General Management. 

A highly autonomous role, you will be a self starter who will be able to influence, liaise, and sell the value of controls to this business. 

The role will report to a Director of HSE, with a dotted line to the Director of audit, risk and controls; as such, a superb level of exposure to a FTSE250. 

The role will see you travel to sites across Yorkshire and the Midlands, as well as home working. 

Ideal candidate; 

- Strong operational risk, controls, and audit experience ideally from a manufacturing sector. 

- Excellent ability to liaise with stakeholders and GMs across factories. 

- Keen to be face to face with the business where needed.
