Risk & Compliance Manager 

FTSE250 manufacturing business 

Bath head office, 3x days a week 

30% international travel

This Risk & Compliance manager will report to the Head of department, who has grown the team over the past 7 years. He is an inspirational, supportive and very down to earth leader! 

The role will be at the heart of the small and tight knit team - carrying out end to end audits and managing the audit projects and key stakeholders. The audit plan is mixed across finance and operations, forming a risk based audit approach. 

As an international business, there will be global travel at 30%, no more than 1 week away at any time. 

The role is ideal for someone with:

- Internal audit, external audit, or risk/ controls experience 

- Commercial (non FS) sector experience in a large business 

- Superb communication skills and an ability to build rapport with the stakeholders

- Rights to work in the UK
