We're hiring for a Business Assurance Manager (Risk and Controls Manager) to lead the development and delivery of a second-line, risk-based assurance program across the organisation. This role is vital in maintaining a strong three lines of defense model and ensuring robust internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and own the enterprise-wide Risk Assurance Map
• Deliver an annual risk-based assurance program and report progress to ELT and the Audit & Risk Committee
• Conduct and oversee assurance reviews, testing, and follow-ups
• Provide clear, concise reporting of control effectiveness and key risk insights
• Liaise with internal audit partners to align assurance plans and coordinate audit delivery

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of risk management and internal control frameworks
• Experience planning and delivering assurance or audit programs
• A clear communicator, able to build relationships across all levels of an organisation
• Analytical, inquisitive, and solutions-focused mindset
• Understanding of regulatory environments (e.g. CQC, RSH, GDPR) – desirable
