We have a 6 month contract that we're working on an exclusive basis! Interested in mergers & acquisitions for 6 months (possibly could extend)...

Do you come from an M&A background looking at AML or Financial Due Diligence? Or, do you come from an audit & assurance background looking at financial statements, IFRS and UK GAAP?

Consider yourself naturally inquisitive, nosey and a bit of an investigator?

This role reports to an amazing Partner, who is down to earth, warm in communication, friendly and supportive! This role is also based remotely and might entail some travel but not often! 

The right candidate will:

- Hold the right to live / work in the UK

- Either comes from an M&A background working on FDD, Valuations, or AML related risks or comes from an audit & assurance background in practice at the Manager level in a client or none-client facing role.

- Naturally likes to challenge or question processes and dig deep into processes. 

- Happy to travel if needed on the odd occasion (Birmingham, Glasgow, London, or maybe Sweden)

- Keen to adapt, learn and take on a new challenge!
