I’m currently supporting a leading UK media and technology business, to appoint a Senior Risk & Assurance Manager to help strengthen and modernize their risk, controls and assurance capability.

They operate in a fast-moving environment, partnering with major stakeholders across the entertainment ecosystem to ensure accurate effective governance.

What you’ll be doing

• Line management responsibility with 2 direct reports
• Lead and evolve our Risk & Assurance framework, ensuring risk is well understood, well managed and aligned to strategic goals
• Own and deliver the annual assurance plan, carrying out reviews and controls testing across the organisation
• Produce high-quality reporting for senior leadership and committees, distilling complex information into clear, actionable insights
• Support major projects and change initiatives, offering pragmatic risk guidance that enables delivery
• Coach and develop a small team, promoting collaboration, capability-building and high standards
