Head of Loss Prevention and Compliance (depot audit/ security) 

Field based 

Up to £100,000 plus car allowance and bonus

The Head of LP and Compliance role becomes available due to a retirement; they were in the business for 18 years!

This role leads a team of 35; a team of depot auditors, and a team of security professionals that are the interaction between depot and corporate office. 

With a stable and mature function, you will be steering a steady ship with an excellent perception across the entire business. This is your chance to develop and take the team into the new world of machine learning and AI!

The role is field-based, with the ideal candidate living in the centre of the UK; accessible to majority of the 900 depots. 

The ideal candidate has:

- Experience managing a large team of store/ retail/ depot auditors, and security individuals 

- Exposure to Audit Committee 

- Background in loss prevention, store audit risk, and security risk 

- Ability to travel nationally
