London with hybrid working (office 1 x day a week)
To £83,000 + 15% bonus + 10% pension
Astrum Search is delighted to be working with an international digital technology business to recruit a Risk Manager based in their London office.
Reporting to the Head of Risk Management, you will be part of a highly regarded team that has a fantastic reputation for delivering value to the organisation.
In this position, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the necessary risk transformation to align Enterprise Risk Management with the business's requirements. Your efforts will be instrumental in fostering a proactive risk management culture, engaging with business partners to shape decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular risk identification, assessment, and evaluation across various business units
- Partner with Risk Owners to define risk appetite and monitor adherence to set parameters
- Work with stakeholders to establish controls and action plans for effective risk management
- Elevate the maturity of risk management processes, ensuring data-driven decisions across the organisation
- Provide support, education, and training to foster a robust risk-aware culture within the business
Skills & Experience:
- Experience as a Risk Manager or Professional in top consultancy or global corporate environments
- Proven track record of enhancing risk management maturity and delivering solutions
- Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to build rapport and challenge stakeholders
- Problem-solving mindset with excellent organisational skills
- Relevant qualifications in risk management and/or accounting
