Astrum Search is delighted to be working with a truly global PLC to recruit a Regional Process Consultant. The role will form part of a large project team tasked with implementing SAP S/4HANA across Europe.
The role will be heavily involved in the design, build and implementation of common business processes, ways of working, and data as part of a complex business transformation programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead workshops and support ongoing business engagement for the programme to achieve its objectives.
- Engage with in-country Directors, Country Process Owners and Subject Matter Experts, to achieve alignment on processes, ways of working, and solutions.
- Deliver defined deliverables for the programme, including data model definition for relevant process areas and give guidance on effective in-country data preparation.
- Proactively manage stakeholders and adoption within countries escalating issues (if required) to the Regional Process Owner, ensuring awareness of significant opportunities or issues.
- Responsible for providing training and communication with user friendly descriptions of functionality changes for communication enhancements in local countries.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong technical accountancy knowledge with strong IT skills (ACA/ACCA or equivalent preferred).
- Experience of working with SAP.
- Ability to effectively manage and co-ordinate stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong influencing skills and ability to build relationships with different teams across countries.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Highly organised.
