Astrum Search is hiring a Risk & Controls Analyst to join a high-performing UK team embedded within a global media organisation.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting the implementation and monitoring of internal control frameworks across the UK, ensuring documentation and evidence standards are met
• Coordinating audit activities, liaising with both internal and external audit teams, and assisting with monitoring remediation actions
• Helping manage key compliance processes
• Communicating updates to internal policies and control requirements clearly across the business
• Preparing reports and presentations covering audit results, issues, and remediation actions
• Maintaining trackers to monitor and analyse the status of audits and ongoing activities
• Engaging with senior stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies to identify risks and recommend solutions
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, including leveraging technology to enhance compliance and control processes

What we're looking for:

• Part-qualified and actively studying towards a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
• Experience in media/advertising is a bonus, but not essential
