VP Internal Controls/ SOX - 13 months FTC 

Technology business, US listed

Central London - 3 days a week in office 

Reporting to CFO

March/ April start

This VP Internal controls role is responsible for the development of the SOX controls team at this US listed business. You will be managing a team of strong professionals, taking over for a maternity cover. 

Stakeholder engagement, team development and coaching, and the chance to report to a CFO and present on controls for the business; this is an excellent leadership role. 

The role will be based in Central London - 3 days in the office a week. There may be some international travel.

The candidate needs:

- US SOX experience (not UK SOX), and the background in US listed entities. 

- Implementation and design/ control weakness remediation 

- Experience in leading a team; coaching, direct management and all that comes with

- Experience in challenging conversations with SLT; influencing and taking them on a journey.
