Risk Analyst 

Large private, high growth business

£45,000 - £55,000 plus car allowance and bonus 

This large private is growing through acquisition, as well as organically - a really strong and stable business to join! 

This Risk Analyst role reports to the Risk manager, who in turn reports into a very experienced and inspirational Head of Risk.

The role is supporting the team on the main duties in ERM; taking minutes from risk committee meetings, helping coordinate risk committee meetings, and performing admin duties. This means high exposure to SLT. 

You will also be responsible for updating, managing and improving the risk system to be gold standard. This will involve stakeholder meetings, conversations, and learning new technologies in the risk space. 

The team are in the office 1 day a week, but this is flexible depending on the week. The office is located next to Stevenage station, so easy to reach from Central London. 

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience in a role that involves risk; ERM. You may have had it as the sole role, or a part of your role.

You may be in a professional services risk advisory team, or in an in-house role in the audit/ risk/ governance team. 

You will be comfortable talking to SLT.
