Manager – Governance, Risk & Control

We’re hiring a Controls Manager who will play a key role in strengthening governance, risk, and control across the business. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to one of the UK’s most iconic brands during an exciting period of growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead risk management initiatives across the divisions, driving consistent and effective mitigation planning
• Support new processes and acquisitions with robust controls expertise
• Partner with commercial, logistics, sourcing, and finance teams to enhance the control environment
• Manage audit planning, action tracking, and reporting across internal and external audit activities
• Chair risk & control meetings with the Leadership Team and report to the Audit & Risk Committee

Skills & Experience:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Strong background in audit, risk, compliance or controls in a large organisation or Big 4
• Proven experience designing and implementing risk management frameworks
• Confident stakeholder engagement and the ability to influence at all levels
