We're working with a fast growing, boutique mid-tier that is on a high growth journey to grow their team, here at Astrum Search we've been asked to seek Audit Managers who want to excel their career and be part of a growing business working across a mixed portfolio. Clients will range from 70% in the NFP sector working with charities, academiesw, trusts etc as well as, working with travel, tourism, retail and mnaufacturing clients.

We have multiple rooles available for the Not for Profit market for those who have audit and assurance experience. The sector focus will range from non-listed charity, academies, trusts with this being 70% of the portfolio, however the portfolio will also have the remaining 30% for media, hospitality, retail etc 

The ideal candidate will be:

- ACA/ACCA/CPA or CA qualified and reside in the UK already

- Exposure to NFP clients already!

- Ideally, come from a Top 80 practice firm and have exposure to working with multiple clients.

- Strong knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP

- Strong knowledge of how to audit charities, trusts and academies and the risks within this sector.

- Keen to take on a challenge with a fast growing firm.

- Able to manage a portfolio at the Manager level and a lead juniors. 

- Report to senior management.
