Group Programme Assurance Senior Manager - FTSE 100

Are you passionate about driving transformation and ensuring project success in a global organisation? We are looking for an experienced Group Programme Assurance Senior Manager to join our FTSE 100’s dynamic team.
As Senior Manager - Program Assurance, you will play a key role in evaluating risks and delivering assurance across this FTSE 100 groups transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with the different businesses to offer independent assurance on major projects and lend your expertise in programme assurance to support Internal Audit efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Lead project assurance activities within the IT Audit team, from planning to reporting.
- Ensure consistent delivery of assurance work across their diverse businesses.
- Support the IT Audit team in providing project assurance and advising on risk management.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to provide strategic advice on project best practices.
- Collaborate on risk, governance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Promote best practices in risk and compliance management.
The successful candidate:
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle and management principles.
- Hands-on experience in delivering or assuring major transformation projects.
- Exceptional risk management and auditing skills.
- Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders effectively.
- Proven track record in managing complex global projects.
- Project Management and/or Internal Audit certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, APMP, CIA) are a plus!
